Company owners, branch managers, and office administrators (“Managers”) receive unique logins to the VOBRE platform in order to manage and review agent performance, regulatory compliance, and the status of all their agents' transactions. In addition to overseeing the company's pipeline, Managers can customize the corporate website, manage the corporate call capture (voice) system, and set up workflow and compliance schema for each agent's VOBRE account. By providing agents with VOBRE's robust set of business tools, Managers provide agents with an additional incentive to not only join the firm but also to stay working there.
Transaction Coordinators (TCs) also receive unique logins to the VOBRE platform. Each TC can access critical transaction data and documents related to each agent that the TC assists. This ability enables the TC to help the agent process the transaction so that the agent can spend more time marketing properties and farming new business. In addition to helping agents with processing transactions, TCs can, if it is part of their job duties, help agents manage the agents' websites, set up virtual tours, set up and maintain the agent's call capture/voice systems, manage marketing campaigns, showings, listing surveys, social media, and listing syndications. The VOBRE platform allows for a closer working relationship between the agent and the TC so that the TC can do much more for company productivity than just coordinate transactions.
