How can your virtual tours help me get new listings?
Showing a prospective seller your marketing strength is a great way to get the listing. When you go into a listing presentation, take your digital camera, take photos of the property and obtain all the property information. Once you're back in the office, you have everything you need to set up a virtual tour. Once you're created the site, you're ready to notify the seller of the virtual tour site. The seller will be amazed by your professionalism and marketing prowess.

How can your virtual tours save me time?
Now those lookieloos don’t have to bother you. They can simply look at the property at your virtual tour site. After looking at the Virtual Tour site for the property, if the person is still interested enough to give you a call, at least you now have a qualified lead.

What does it mean that I get 24 (or 36, or 48) Virtual Tours at any one time?
It means that as long as you have paid your subscription fee (monthly or yearly), you can make available twenty-four virtual tour sites on the Internet at the same time.

Can I use a domain name (web address) I specifically registered for the virtual tour site?
Yes.  All you need to do is direct your domain name  to our web servers; this is called "re-delegation."  You need to contact the company where you bought your domain name, or need to  log into your personal administration page of that company, and change your DNS servers.  See redelegation instructions to learn how.

How can your virtual tours help me make more money?
The only way to sell a property is to show it to prospective buyers.  With a virtual tour site, you can show a property at anytime of the day and to anyone regardless of where the person is located. Prospective buyers who are able to view a property online at a professional and informative virtual vour site are more inclined to not only give you a call but also to make the effort to view the property in person. To make a sale, you must get the prospective buyer interested enough to give you a call to see the property first hand. The virtual tour site is the perfect vehicle to make this happen. In this day and age of time constraints and the desire to avoid driving around in traffic, the Internet is a perfect place to make the initial showing of a property to a prospective buyer. Simply advertise the virtual tour site web address on the For Sale sign, the MLS, newspapers, real estate magazines, flyers, your Personal Website, etc.  The virtual tour site allows you to show more of your property listings to more people without even being present. This is how you will get the right buyer to see the property sooner. That means making the sale much faster.
